In today’s dynamic and rapidly-evolving volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) business landscape, issues such as slow growth, challenges from technological disruptions such as AI and ageing population have resulted in organisational restructuring and transformation, as well as multi-generational workforce challenges. There is a constant need for the workforce to quickly learn and perform to fluid expectations. Employees at all levels are struggling to find a perfect fit for themselves in the workspaces as they navigate the constantly-changing “goal posts”. Several studies suggest a lot need to be done to help leaders make better decisions, in order to help their employees transform and perform at work. Better performance leads to better rewards, which leads to more engaged employees and better performance. At the core, employees need to transform - transform their mindset and life. For employees to transform, leaders need to lead in the transformation themselves. This course is designed to help leaders and managers coach their teams effectively through transformation and performance. With growing workplace challenges such as disengagement, burnout, and resistance to change, coaching has become an essential tool for building agility, motivation, and better results. Aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching competencies and SkillsFuture’s focus areas, this course prepares participants to lead meaningful change through structured coaching conversations. This module is part of the SHRI Certified Professional in Coaching for Organisational Growth programme, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as Level 1 coach education, that meets the educational and mentor coaching components towards the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing requirements.
