In today’s brittle, anxious, non-linear, and incomprehensible (BANI) environment, there is an urgent need for organisations to adopt a growth mindset as they navigate their survival in this dynamic environment, or perish. Growth mindset promotes psychological safety, and encourages open communication and risk-taking, as well as innovation. Growth mindset also leads to more engaged employees, which leads to better productivity and organisational growth. A learning culture is also a by-product.
Studies have suggested that a lot need to be done by leaders to promote a culture of growth in their organisations. This course helps learners understand how to cultivate a growth-oriented organisational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and high performance. It provides practical coaching approaches to align leadership behaviours, communication practices, and workplace systems with cultural goals. Through topics such as growth mindset and systems thinking, participants will explore how a growth culture shapes employee behaviour, mindset, and motivation.
